About

Your vault.
Your network.

Relay is a decentralized communication network built for people who believe their conversations belong to them and no one else.

We built Relay because every messaging app that exists today makes the same fundamental compromise — your messages, calls, and files pass through someone else's servers. That means someone else could read them, hand them over, or lose them in a breach. We decided to build something different from the ground up.

On Relay, your messages are encrypted and stored only in your own personal vault on the Internet Computer — a decentralized blockchain network with no central servers. We don't have your messages. We can't read them. We can't hand them over because we don't have them. This isn't a policy — it's an architectural fact.

You don't need a phone number. You don't need an email address. You create an Internet Identity, choose a Network ID that becomes your new address on the network, and you're in. No personal information required. No way to be found unless you choose to share your Network ID with someone directly.

Relay also pays you to participate. When you turn on relay mode, your device helps route encrypted traffic for other users on the network. Every verified relay earns you ICP — the native currency of the Internet Computer. The more the network grows, the more everyone earns.

We're Knightsky AI, a small company building infrastructure we believe the world needs. Relay is our first product and our long term commitment. We're just getting started.
